Purple crystal star that is used to recover the devil trigger gauge. It can only be gotten at the Statue of Time. Can hold a maximum of 10 large devil stars in your inventory at one time. The price change after being bought each time is:
- 3000
- 6000
- 12000
[edit] Devil Star - Large
The purple crystal star used to recover the devil trigger gauge. Can only be gotten at the Statue of Time. Can hold 30 small devil stars in your inventory at one time. The price change after being bought each time is:
- 1000
- 3000
- 6000
- 10000
[edit] Holy Star
Blue crystal star used to cure any abnormalities, such as poision. Can only be gotten at the Statue of Time. Can hold a maximum of 99 in the inventory at any given time. It always costs 1000 red orbs.

Similar as in Devil May Cry 1, the Holy Water kills any enemies in the surrounding areas. It is found randomly during battles. It cannot be held in the inventory. It is instantly used as soon as acquired.

This Smell of Fear allows you to avoid enemy attacks 3 times. It is available only at the Statue of Time. You can hold a maximum of 3 in the inventory. The price increase after each time it is bought is as followed:
- 5000
- 10000
- 15000
- 20000
[edit] Vital Star - Small
This is a green crystal star used to recover the vitality gauge. This size recovers about half of a lifebar. It can only be gotten at the Statues of Time. Can hold a maximum of 30 small vital stars in the inventory. Here is the price change after buying a small vital star each time from the Statues of Time:
- 1000
- 2000
- 3000
- 4000
- 5000

Green Crystal star used to recover the vitality gauge. The large vital star usually recovers about a full lifebar. Can only be bought at the Statue of Time. Can hold 10 large vital stars in your inventory at a time. Here is the price change after buying from the Statue of Time each time it is bought.:

- 8000
