Obtained - Beginning of the game
Combo 1 - Press three times and Dante will do a 3 hit combo that can hit a couple of enemies at once if they're close together.
Combo 2 - Press once, then pause and then 2 more times and Dante will swing Rebellion around in a more circular motion that can hit groups of enemies, good if you're surrounded.
Million Stab - After the second input in Combo 2, press , and rapidly and Dante will stab the enemy repeatedly. You can also do this with the Stinger move
Stinger - Press , forward and triangle to charge forward and plunge your sword into an enemy. Must be bought at the Statue of Time and can be upgraded to Level 2.
High Time - Press , back and and Dante will knock an enemy up into the air. Holding will send Dante into the air with the enemy where you can do Helm Splitter or some other move.
Helm Splitter - Press triangle in the air and Dante will come down, bringing his sword down hitting anyone on the way.
Drive - Hold until Rebellion starts glowing, then release it and Dante will send a shockwave across the ground. Must be bought at the Statue of Time.
Air Hike - Press twice and Dante will do a double jump. Must be bought at the Statue of Time.
DT Glide - Press and while in Devil Trigger in the air and you'll glide down to the ground, but you can't fly.
Obtained - End of Mission 3 after beating Cerebrus
Combo 1 - Press 5 times and Dante will swing Cerebrus around in a mainly linear fashion
Combo 2 - Press twice, then pause and then twice more to do a different combo
Satellite - Press repeatedly after the pause in Combo 2 to do a combo which can hit a group of people in front of you
Swing - Press in the air to swing Cerebrus around hitting anyone in front of you
Revolver - Press , forward and and Dante will spin in the air, hitting the enemy in front of him several times. Can be upgraded at the Statue of Time
Windmill - Press , back and triangle and Dante will spin the nunchucks around his arm, damaging anyone directly in front of him
 Agni & Rudra
Obtained - Mission 5 after beating Agni and Rudra
Combo 1 - Press repeatedly to do a wide reaching combo, good in crowds.
Combo 2 - Press once, then delay slightly before pressing twice more to do a combo that is more powerful, but hits less people.
Combo 3 - Press once, then delay, then press , then delay again and press once more for a fairly powerful combo.
Million Slash - Press repeatedly after Combo 3 to repeatedly slash the enemy in front of you, this can catch other enemies as well if they get too close.
Jet Stream - Press , forwards and and Dante will run up to an enemy and start slashing. This has 3 levels, you start off with the first level and can upgrade to the final 2 levels at the Statue of Time.
Aerial Cross - Pressing in the air and Dante will slash in front of him once.
Whirlwind - Pressing , back and will knock an enemy up into the air. This has to be bought at the Statue of Time.
Air Hike - This allows Dante to double jump by pressing jump again after you've jumped. This has to be bought at the Statue of Time for 20'000 Red Orbs.
Obtained - End of Mission 9 after beating Nevan
Tune Up - Press to bring Nevan round to the front. All Nevan attacks must be executed from this position, ground ones at least.
Combo 1 - Press to launch bats at an enemy.
Combo 2 - Press left and to do a different attack.
Jam Session - Press repeatedly during combo 2 to summon a horde of bats around you hitting anyone nearby.
Combo 3 - Press and to create a shockwave around you.
Air Play - Press in the air to send a series of bats towards an enemy.
Reverb Shock - Press , and and Dante will dash towards an enemy Stinger-style.
Bat Rift - Nevan's equivalent of High Time. Press , and to knock an enemy up into the air, press triangle a few times afterwards will cause Dante to shoot a few bats at them for good measure.
Air Raid - When in Devil Trigger, jump into the air and press and to hover in mid-air without losing height.
Thunder Bolt - Press during Air Raid to shoot lightning bolts at enemies. (Like the original Air Raid from DMC1)
Vortex - Press during Air Raid to spin and fly towards an enemy doing damage upon contact. (Like Vortex from DMC1)
Obtained - Start of Mission 14 (Note: It is not possible to miss them.))
Combo 1 - Press 3 times and Dante will do 2 punches and a kick
Combo 2 - Press twice, pause and again and Dante will do 2 punches, some quick punches and then bring his leg down over an enemy
Hyper Fist - Press repeatedly after the pause in Combo 2 to punch an enemy repeatedly really fast before finishing off with a big punch
Straight - Press , and to punch an enemy with a straight punch, Beowolf's equivalent to Stinger. Can be upgraded to Level 2 at the Statue of Time
Killer Bee - Press in the air to do a diagonal kick at an enemy.
Beast Uppercut - Press , and to punch an enemy up into the air. Must be bought from a Statue of Time.
Rising Dragon - Press , and twice to do a Beast Uppercut, but then Dante will rise into the air with the enemy and carry on attacking. Must be bought from a Statue of Time.
Air Hike - Pressing twice will cause Dante to do a double jump. Must be bought from a Statue of Time.
 Ebony & Ivory
Obtained - Dante starts off with them
Attacks - Pressing repeatedly will fire fairly weak but fairly fast bullets at whatever enemy you're locked onto.
Obtained - Mission 3, in a case on the wall from the door to the bar to the strip club.
Attacks - Pressing will fire a burst of shells at whatever enemy you are locked onto, more damaging at close range.
Obtained - Mission 6 by putting all the Essences into the Statue in the first room.
Attacks - Pressing will fire a bolt at whatever enemy you are locked onto. Holding down square will charge up the weapon and release several bolts, each hitting one enemy in the room.
Obtained - Mission 9 in the open area with the waterfall, on the first floor of ruins above the Combat Ajudicator.
Attacks - Pressing will fire a rifle round at whatever enemy you are locked onto. Can only be fired on the ground.

Obtained - After beating Lady at the end of Mission 16
Attacks - Pressing will fire a short ranged rocket at whatever enemy you're locked onto, causing a fairly wide area of splash damage, usually knocking enemies down. Can only be fired on the ground.
